Salud Para La Gente urges a No vote on Proposition 44.
Salud opposes Prop 44 because it would make it harder for community health centers to provide the full range of services our patients need, such as transportation, translation, janitorial services, care coordination, community outreach, and clinic expansion. Our communities already face significant barriers to health care. We should be expanding access—not imposing new restrictions that could force health centers to cut services or limit growth.
