Salud Para La Gente (Salud) provides care for the whole family. We also know health starts where we live, where we work, and where our children go to school. Salud’s full spectrum of healthcare services are made possible by our team of doctors, nurses, midwives, counselors, optometrists, health coaches, and dentists. We ensure our patients have seamless access to medical, OB/GYN, dental, vision care, counseling, insurance enrollment, and health education.

Sometimes we help a patient sign up for health insurance or for programs such as CalFresh. Other times we ensure patients can access a bi-monthly food distribution in partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank Santa Cruz County. Or, when mold in the home causes multiple visits to the Emergency Room, we make sure the patient has help to address the conditions of their home and has support to succeed at work and at school.
