How You Can Be a Salud Patient

Call or text our team at (831) 728-0222. We can help you enroll in a health plan, choose a provider, or set up your first visit.
Do you have Medi-Cal (Central California Alliance for Health)? Just log in and choose “Salud Para La Gente” as your Primary Care Provider (PCP), call the CCAH and tell them you want “Salud Para La Gente” as your PCP, or use the CCAH Member Portal.
Do you have Covered California? Choose a health plan that includes Salud Para La Gente.
